What is the difference between the Regular and Soft Footbed?
The Regular Footbed features our classic anatomically shaped cork-latex core. The Soft Footbed includes an integrated latex foam cushion that offers immediate comfort from the very first step while maintaining orthopedic support.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $100. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, resalable merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
