We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original, unworn condition and include all original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided at the end of the return process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn BIRKENSTOCK products in their original branded shoe box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
